 + -1 moreI was extremely pleased with the overall experience. For the first part of the project, Derrick gave me a bid on a Monday, and he was available to start working Wednesday of that week. In three days, he finished everything in the bathroom, including grouting and sealing. The following week, I had him do the remaining three rooms. Derrick was always punctual and professional. One of the tile vendors that Derrick works with is Contract Furnishings Mart. This was very convenient for me because they have a showroom very close to my work. I ordered my tile and received a contractors' discount. The workmanship was excellent. I love my new tile floors and base.
Description of Work: Derrick tiled the floors in the bathroom, kitchen, half-bath, laundry room, and a short hallway connecting these last three rooms. He removed the old vinyl floors and assessed the condition of the subflooring before starting the tile job. He also removed the woodgrain wall paneling in the laundry room (this was required in order to install the tile base along this wall).
