Lynda was prompt and well prepared. A friend had used and recommended her and I really liked what she had done with the friend's house. Not 'designer', just a regular house, but better--warmer and friendlier without being obvious. I grew up in this home and it is very difficult to see beyond the pink my mother loved. Lynda has an amazing sense of color and was able to sort through the hundreds of colors in her color wheels in just minutes. She was able to get me the larger painted color cards in just a few days and brought them to my workplace, saving time for me. I can't afford to get all the rooms painted this year, but the colors are classic and warm and I will still love them next year. Her fees may be going up soon. She has been told by several clients that her rates are quite low, which they are, so don't hold her to this price. You will be getting excellent service at twice the price. She really took her time going over the colors with me and we were able to work out a time to meet that worked with my work schedule. She did an excellent job of looking past the Pepto-Bismol pink kitchen with the turquoise formica (yep, gold flecks) countertops to the warm yellow kitchen I want. I was very pleased and would recommend her to others.

Nothing short of miraculous describes, inadequately, Lynda's talent for visualizing the effect of color on walls. I had agonized for months over how to paint the odd angles in our newly remodeled living spaces, not to mention what colors to use! At 3 AM I would be at the kitchen table with one of the 5 color wheels I bought trying, trying, trying to find a combo that would work, only to realize at 10 AM that Joe hated my picks and I was not too sure about them myself. Friends offered me their best color suggestions until one friend REALLY helped: She told me to hire a color designer. On a lucky whim I opened the yellow pages and found Lynda's "Envisage" listing. The 3 colors Lynda recommended were far from any previously considered by any of us and yet I instantly knew they were the right colors. Best of all, everyone else has loved them on our walls as much as we do. Lynda saved my sanity as I am sure she has saved other's marriages and relationships with her great talent.
