EnviroTest was recommended by my son who works in construction and development. Bob explained about the samples he took from our 1952 house. He was punctual, thorough, efficient and very personable. The results came back a couple of days later. I would highly recommend this company.

Bob thoroughly responded to all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Based on our conversation, I did not need to hire Bob for an inspection or sampling, but would certainly hire him if needed in the future.

So we were converting a SFR to a duplex and needed a debris box - so I called for the debris box and no can do with an abestos report! So I put Google to work, and find Bob's web site. I call Bob who answers on the first ring, listens closely to what I need and indicates perhaps I just want to take samples myself to the lab as it would be less costly than using Bob's services. Since I and the rest of the crew are not available, Bob gets right out to the site, pulls samples and gets them to the lab. Two days later, viola! we have the report... Super easy to work with and super knowledgable. Bob is the best, he will not steer you wrong...

I emailed EnviroTest for a quote, and Bob responded almost instantly. He provided advice specific to my circumstances, effectively steering me away from using his services, as they would not have added any further insight. I appreciate anyone who is honest like that, but going above and beyond with helpful advice earns Bob and EnviroTest an A grade across the board.

I found Bob's website services while looking for a contractor to test my recently purchased home for asbestos and lead paint. I called several companies but after my initial conversation with Bob, I just knew he was the perfect person for the job. I trusted him, immediately. He even offered me tips on how I could save money (which meant he would make less). He was incredibly personable, knowledgeable and very patient with me throughout our entire testing process. Bob is great. He does a great job educating about the things he knows and is very prompt. He is able to get the test results back quickly and give input on implications. Would recommend Bob to anyone looking to get lead or asbestos testing done.
