They cut the vinyl I had bought wrong and they had to go pick out some new material from a nearby store (and it wasn’t something I would have chosen) and installed the toilet. They put a kitchen faucet and doesn’t swivel properly, it only turns half way. I had been thinking about having them do things at my house but I won’t have him back.
Description of Work: I needed someone to take care of the work on the spot. I had already purchased the vinyl to lay new flooring in the bathroom and installed a toilet and put a kitchen sink in.

In all fairness, you approved the vinyl before we purchased the product. The faucet was already installed and was installed wrong from the beginning. We offered to replace it, but she wanted it repaired which could not be done. Yes, the vinyl was damaged initially becuase it was cheap and of inferior quality therefore we purchased (out of pocket) new (and more expensive) vinyl that she approved of before the purchase. We strive for 110% customer satisfaction. However, just as anybody in the industry knows, there are a select few that no matter what you do, they will never be satisfied. By the way, the toilet worked fine when we left.
