I worked with Victor to turn over several rental properties to make them
ready for new tenants. I took a hands off approach, told Victor exactly
what kind of result I was going for and the ballpark budget, and he did
a great job again and again.  He correctly judged the level of quality,
effort and budget needed to make my units ready without me having to
micromanage all the details.  I highly recommend his services.  He is
detail oriented, budget conscious, and timely.  A real pleasure to work
with.

Victor Vardanaga commits to a day/time and communicates what will be completed during that day/time.  He arrives on time.  He is prepared to do the work while being neat during the process.  He uses drop cloths, shop vacs, and seals off areas with plastic when necessary.  At the end of the day he cleans up and puts away all of his equipment/tools.  He then tells me the day/time of when he will return and what work will occur at that time.

I have never experienced a situation where he did not show up or did not complete the stated work.  I can not say that is true with other people I have hired.  I trust Victor enough to give him a key to my home and leave.
