ceramic tile
 + -1 moreThey didn't provide the mosaic tile on the day of the project so our contractor had to walk away. They tried to blame me and the contractor. They were horrible. They had the incorrect color of grout so I had to spend extra money for the correct materials. They didn't even fill the order correctly.
Description of Work: We purchased tile for a kitchen back splash.

 + -1 moreTONY (SALESMAN) WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING IN THE PORTLAND OFFICE. HIS KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS WERE TOP NOTCH. HE HELPED ALLEVIATE STRESSES DURING THE PROJECT. HE IS EXTREMELY QUALIFIED, PROMPT, WELL MOTIVATED AND PAYS CLOSE ATTENTION TO DETAILS. HE PUT MY FEARS TO REST. WITH THE BAD EXPERIENCE IN THE BEGINNING WITH ANOTHER COMPANY, WE HAD TO ORDER AND RE-ORDER AND IT WAS GREAT TO KNOW HE WAS ON OUR SIDE. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. IT WAS PLEASURE WORKING WITH THEM AND EVERYTHING LOOKS WONDERFUL.
