John was great - he arrived when promised, did the work quickly and efficiently and charged a very fair price. We have used Elk Country before and would definitely use them again.

We were very impressed with John's work. He came over on the same day that we called him, in order to inspect the damage, and help us figure out where the leak was originating. When he came over to make the scheduled repair, he was right on time, and worked for most of the day. Fixing the problem required running a new drain pipe from the kitchen to the main sewer, which in turn required cutting drywall and breaking the concrete floor in the basement. John was neat, expert in his repair work and gave us back a working kitchen in record time. We also opted to have him cap off the old drain pipe to be sure that we didn't have any flooding problems in the future. All in all, we feel that we got more than our money's worth!

John is the best plumber I have ever used. His work is flawless and he is fast. His pricing is very fair. I have recommended John to several friends and they have all experienced the same professional and excellent work.

John has stablized and upgraded the plumbing in our 40 year old home. When we first moved in he took care of all the small issues like leaks and outdoor water access installation in our VERY tight crawl space...a whole bunch of small, neglected things. Then a couple of years later it became clear the galvinized pipes in our house were at their end of life...lots of particle blockage in our faucets. John estimated the entire house load and gave me budget, moderate and best "long term" options for the house - no pressure. I was able to ask him point blank what I should be doing if I never wanted regrets on the work - full capacity for size of house and solid water service from the street line. We decided to run a new water service and completely replumbed the house. He does great work. He's honest and I trust him in my home. We've also recommended him to friends who've used him for major water leaks, water service work and small repairs. This is the plumber you need.
