 + -1 moreThe maintenance was fine. They were here on time, and they were professional. Where they fell down is that they gave me no idea ahead of time about the price and it turns out the charge 163.25/hr per person. So this guys were out here for one hr and then they also charged at the same rate their transit time for two men which was 163.25. When we got the bill for one hours work we called and said there has to be a mistake. They said that's their prices. Addendum 9/7/2011: We have since had to have elevator maintenance people out to maintain and repair the elevator twice since this service was done. In my opinion, these problems should have been diagnosed, corrected, and/or maintained on the first visit by this company. I won't call on them again.
Description of Work: We have an elevator in our condo and it had stopped incorrectly. So, we called them to fix the problem and inspect it. Check fuses and power, manual raised car, found loose door locked box repaired, adjusted break tension and ran test.
