+ -1 moreI became acquainted with Dirk Hmura and Lee Davies Realtors when we purchased our home 8 years ago. At the time we were living in San Francisco and were shopping for a home via the Internet. I contacted Dirk from a listing and asked him if he could help me out to find a home remotely. We ended up using Dirk as our buyers agent when we purchased our home and again 8 Years ago When we recently sold our home, I contacted Dirk (as well as a competing realtor) and asked them to do a market analysis for our home. Dirk's analysis was incredibly detailed and really helped us price our home competitively. The competing realtor basically looked up a couple of comp's and did a rudimentary market analysis. In the end we listed our home with Dirk at approximately $20,000 more than the other realtor suggested. Dirk pointed out some staging and landscaping changes we needed to make -- which we did.Dirk sold our home in 2 days and we got about $10,000 more (even after the staging and landscaping costs) than the other agent even wanted to list it for.Needless to say we were thrilled with the results !! Dirk is always a pleasure to work with. Straight forward, professional, and knowledgeable about the local Portland market and he doesn't waste your time with chit chat or BS.

+ -1 moreLee is a highly experienced, efficient and effective Realtor/Broker who now manages a team of realtors for Hasson. In every case in which he has worked for us, he has been a no-nonsense, get-it-done professional, short on puff, long on action.
Description of Work: Summer/Fall 2006: We referred a friend to Lee to sell a house, which Lee did after another realtor failed to sell it. When Lee receives a referral or sells a house, both the referring party (ourselves) and the seller (our friend) receive a free weekend at one of his vacation properties, a nice benefit. We have also used Lee's services ourselves. We referred our friend to Lee because of the work Lee has done for us. Our first experience was similar to that of our friend: another realtor could not sell our Beaverton house; Lee sold it, and promptly, too. He provided advice on actions we could take to improve the home's saleability (cut down a tree that obscured the entry). Our second experience was in buying a townhome in Tigard: Lee dedicated a day to showing us townhomes that met our criteria. We found three we liked that day and bought one of them.
