house cleaning
+ -1 moreI had an appointment with Mackenzie to clean my house on 1/26/11 at 2 pm. At 1:45 (15 minutes prior to the appointment start time), she sent me an email saying that she had double booked appointments and wouldn't be able to clean my house. When she didn't show up by 2:30, I tried to reach her by phone (no answer), and finely at 3:45, I checked my email and found hers. I emailed her back and arranged for her to come the next day (1/27/11) at 2:30. This time, she didn't show up and has made no attempt to contact me. I again tried to reach her by phone and email. I have not received a response.
