Our realtor recommended Eco Floors to us for a huge flooring job we needed done on our newly purchased house and we couldn't be happier with the experience of working with them. David listened to what we needed, helped us to find materials that would fit our needs and our budget, and found a way to get our flooring install on the calendar quickly so we didn't have too much lost time between closing and moving in. Sam and Eric and their crew made the installation as smooth and easy as possible, and even when unexpected issues with our subfloor and the scheduling of our furnace install threatened to derail the schedule, Eco Floors kept everything on track. They were a genuine pleasure to work with and we will highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new floor!

Fabulous work! The owners were pleasant, very informed and extremely professional. The price for materials and labor was lower than we had anticipated. The crew arrived exactly on time and were cleaned up and done only 5 minutes after their expected completion time! There was a newer member of the team learning the ropes. He said he had worked for another flooring company, but that the previous company was nowhere near as meticulous as Eco Floors. We'd definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.

It was a pleasure to work with Eco Floors. No other company I got a bid from compared to them for sales, quality & price. Even the written Bid was the most straight forward. The Crew did a wonderful job. The flooring is amazingly Quiet, no squeaks like before. That underlayment was sure worth it. The other bidding companies did not offer to use that. My new floors are beautiful and I have Eco Floors to thank for it. They do meticulous work & I am glad they did my floors.

It was a good experience from start to finish. The sales and installation staff were knowledgeable and helpful though out the whole process. I'm not sure how competitive the pricing was, we liked them and their stock and went with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants new floors.

I received bids from several flooring companies, but went with EcoFloors based on the following: I really wanted cork flooring, but was having a hard time finding a company that has experience installing this type of floor on a regular basis and was affordable for the budget I set. Many companies advertised they offer cork flooring, but then no one had the expertise to have an intelligent conversation about it. They would read me what the website says about the product and that drove me crazy. I initially wanted cork on the stairs and entire upstairs. Cork on the stairs was out of my budget, but in going back and forth with Sam I was able to decide that wool carpet on the stairs and cork upstairs met my needs perfectly. EcoFloors are the experts and will talk you through the various brands and what the different product have to offer based on your situation. We have 2 dogs and 2 kids under 7 so we need durability and easy to clean. Other companies gave me the used car salesmen vibe and in my interactions didn't give me the feeling they had my best interest at heart. They wanted a commission and pushed their agenda. Sam at EcoFloors worked with me on the price and my installation time frame and I am very happy with the results.

Sam and his crew were at the house on time and finished installing ~550 sqft of nail down bamboo floors in 2 days. They did an exceptional job and the attention to detail was fantastic. The house looked like it was worth at least $20,000 more after they were finished installing the floors! Would hire them again in a second. Fantastic experience working with Sam, Josh, and the whole crew at ECOFloors.

There was nothing that I disliked. They were absolutely one of the most professional companies that I've dealt with. Everything was on time. The quality of the workmanship and the professionalism, they were just outstanding.

We had Ecofloors do three jobs for us over a two week period. We have original (1940s) hardwood floors in two bedrooms and a hallway that need some repair and refinishing. They did an excellent job and the floors are beautiful again. The following week they installed a new 2nd subfloor and hardwoods in the living room. Our living room floor was a challenge (due to work done long ago) but they kept on budget and time to get the work complete. They also replaced the carpet on our staircase with new padding and carpet. Their pricing is higher than some of the competing quotes but I had a reference from a friend and the finished product was worth it. They use superior products that are eco-friendly and they make sure the work is done right. I couldn't be happier and couldn't recommend them more highly.

Sam Snow and his crew did an excellent job all around with our floors. We had our house completely gutted and remodeled and needed new flooring throughout the house. We chose cork floors for the about 80% of our house, and chose carpet for the basement. The installers were on time, precise and neat with their work, and provided outstanding service all around. They were polite and really seemed to enjoy their work, which showed in the final product. The after-service was also outstanding. We noticed that some of the cork floor was slipping and notified them of the problem. They responded promptly, and immediately came out to fix the problem - absolutely no hassles. Overall, working with EcoFloors was one of the most pleasant experiences of our major house renovation. We would recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

estThe guys at Ecofloors helped us pick out a sustainably harvested oak floor that fit our budget. They showed up to work on the day we scheduled. To our amazement their crew completed the job of removing our old carpet and installing the flooring all in one day. They did an great job with the flooring, custom cutting the pattern around our rock fireplace, caulking and finishing the edges and transitions. The guys were good natured and work efficiently. We visited their showroom to discuss options about buying flooring on very short notice when a sudden need came up in the midst of a remodeling project. We ended up going with another company simply because the product availability worked out better. BUT, we were very happy with Ecofloors owner Sam Snow. He was friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and generous with his time and expertise. He helped inform us during this process, and was willing to spend time showing us the options in his well-stocked showroom. Would seek him out with more advance notice if we had future flooring work.

We had Eco Floors put in new carpet throughout our entire house. We priced it against Home Depot. This was barely more expensive and it comes with the piece-of-mind that I'm not harming the environment. They were able to complete this big job in 2 days. The installers were very friendly and professional.

I have been remiss in getting this review done since it has been a year since the work was done. Sam and his team were terrific to work with...actually outstanding is a better description. I had a very small job to do...indoor/outdoor carpeting for a side entrance (5 curved stairs down from the kitchen, a landing and 5 more curved stairs down to the basement. I knew that it would take a lot of detail work and that it would be hard to find not only someone who would want to do it but someone who would do it correctly. I skipped the big box stores and went ot see Sam at Ecofloors. I told him what I was looking and he made some suggestions about carpet and padding, particularly since this area woudl be getting wet from bringing in the dogs from their walks during the rainy season. WE picked a great looking carpet andscheduled the installation. Sam came out a few days later to look at the job, provided a quote and scheduled the installation. The guys installing did a great job, taking extra care to do the detail work required for curved stairs. If we didn't have harware floors in the rest of the house and needed carpet, Sam and his team would be doing the carpeting. As soon as we get the basement cleaned out we sill be going back to Sam to extend the carpeting through the basement. My recommendation is skip the big box stores and go woth Ecofloors.

I had found the carpet I wanted somewhere else and called Ecofloors to get a bid on the same carpet. The initial bid over the phone was less than the estimate I got when they came out to do the official measure (despite getting the same measurements). When I mentioned this, Ecofloors honored the phone bid. It was an easy job, with the room being an exact rectangle. They complete the job efficiently and I have been happy with the installation and the carpet. Three things I would have liked: include the cost of the carpet pad in the phone bid, have the installers wear shoe covers when doing the installation, and don't send smokers to install eco-friendly carpet. I was buying eco-friendly carpet due to allergies, and I could smell the smoke for a couple of days.

Sam was extremely helpful in describing the choices available to meet our desire for beautiful carpeting, good insulation, and an ecologically sound product. They kept in good contact to coordinate their work with other work being done in the rooms. When the time came to install the new carpet, they were extremely flexible to meet the needs of my work schedule, even changing their initial arrival time at the last minute on the first day when I had an unexpected meeting. They removed the old carpet and pad, moved very heavy furniture, and installed the new carpet and padding, all very efficiently. Darius managed to lay the new carpet out of the main room and down a long hallway without a seam that might look unsightly. The new carpet looks fantastic. These guys were a joy to work with from beginning to end.

Going into Ecofloors and talking with Darius is like opening an encyclopedia on everything green and eco-friendly in the flooring world. He walked us through all of Ecofloors products and how they impact the environment from cradle to grave. He helped us work through all of the projects we had in mind and the possible costs for each. Darius helped us pick out a great environmentally friendly carpet and padding and gave us very flexible times for installing the carpet. The carpet was installed extremely quickly and months later it still looks fantastic. In addition he looked at a few other projects I am interested in doing at my new house and gave me suggestions on environmentally friendly options for each and even offered to give me free backing board he had on hand for a tilling project in my new sun room. I am extremely happy with the service that Ecofloors provided from start to finish and I would recommend them highly for all of your flooring needs.
