They pick the items up and drop them off, its great I don't have to do anything they even charge my card so they do all the work. I would recommend them to others.

I've taken two garments in to have stains removed within the last 3 months. Both times the stains were not completely removed. The silk blouse has a tea stain and was taken into the cleaners within an hour after it happened. I asked them to do over the cleaning process on the garment. I'm not able to wear the silk blouse, the tea stain is permanent and prominent. I was refunded my money but not until after I asked to talk with the Manager. The wool coat was a grease stain on the lining of the coat. There was no water involved with the stain. Once again it is now a permanent stain. This time I wasn't offered any recompense for the coat. I've been taking my garments to this cleaners for over a year and have been very happy with their service. I would like to know what has happened or changed within the last 4 months that they are unable to take out stains completely.

What they actually did (after stringing the process out for three months) was to give us two used shirts, nothing like the ones they'd ruined, and a check for $19.50 (for a $130 shirt). During the three months, they made sure we understood that because they do work for "Nike and some big hotels," individual customers are at the bottom of their priority list. The shirts they gave us were nothing my husband would consider wearing and the check was an insult. We returned them all and would urge others to choose a dry cleaner whose approach is professional and where customers are treated with some respect.

Service was outstanding from the moment I walked in the door. All staff interaction has been personal and attentive. Extra services such as prepaid drop off and free delivery and pick up make it easy! Button down shirts for less than $2, with light starch come back beautifully. Environmentally friendly techniques means my clothes do not stink. I'll never iron again!
