+ 0 moreThey had a special system where they used a steam and a scrubber to clean the floors. I was impressed because they showed me the water afterwards that the steam pulled out. Scheduling was very easy and they arrived on time for the appointment. I am very satisfied with the results.
Description of Work: They cleaned the hardwood floors in my house. This was the first time I had used them.

Description of Work: We bought a living social deal for cleaning hardwood. What a wastage . The hardwood cleaning was a joke . We clean it better with mop. All the time the regional manager who came along with the tech was just pitching for sale to get higher price cleaning. They pore a just a bunch of cleaner and cleaned a small space saying this is only covered and rest you have to pay for it. All the the time they were there the manager was pitching to buy higher stuff.. The stain remains as is, rather than focusing in cleaning, they were focused on selling. And cleaning looks like it never happened. We had to mop the floor again later. Never ever do business with them
