They're excellent. They have suggestions. They have lots of choices in terms of the fabrics, suggestions on the ware of the fabric, and the importance to decide. They polished the furnitures, and they have techniques to make the wood look good again. I think his prices are good. He took pieces of furniture that we might have discarded, and they made them beautiful. He needs something in a hurry so you have to work on him on the time.

This was a great experience for us. Price was right, work professionally done. Choices of fabric were great. We took two ottoman's over last week and are selecting fabric now. We also plan to redo seats on some dining chairs, as well. Ken is helpful, knowledgeable, and passionate about his work. We will use Eastside again as we find more furniture around our home to recover. Great asset to the Portland business community!

I was pleasantly surprised by how I was treated. He took my thoughts and made them work with the amount of fabric I gave him. Without seeing and being able to measure he did his best guess. And the covers are perfect! I would not hesitate to return to them when I need more work done.

THE JOB WAS DONE BEAUTIFULLY AND MET MY EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY WAY. I HAVE USED THIS SHOP BEFORE AND NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT GETTING THE WORK DONE WHEN PROMISED AND THE PIECE LOOKS BRAND NEW WHEN FINISHED. THEY GO THE EXTRA MILE CLEANING THE WOOD FINISH (IF ANY) AND MAKING SURE THE FRAME IS SOUND AND IN GOOD SHAPE BEFORE WORKING ON THE PIECE. THEY HAVE RECOMMENDED GLUING IN SOME INSTANCES BEFORE THEY DO THEIR WORK. I APPRECIATE PEOPLE WHO LOOK BEYOND THEIR DESIGNATED JOB SO THE END PRODUCT IS A SOUND AND USABLE PIECE OF FURNITURE WHEN COMPLETED

I FEEL THAT THE PRICE TO REUPHOLSTER THIS COUCH WAS RIDICULOUS, BUT WITH THE QUALITY AND SENTIMENTAL VALUE OF THIS COUCH, WENT AHEAD AND DID IT. WE WERE REALLY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK PERFORMED.
