+ -1 moreMy complaint is re their customer service when there's a problem I spoke to people in India each time I called who were courteous but relatively useless in helping me with my problem, including giving me misinformation about when the repair people were coming (and I had to stay home from work for 4 hours to wait for them!). After misinforming me of his arrival time, they also wouldn't give me the phone number to call the local repair person directly to confirm his arrival time, after the first time I stayed home from work for nothing - so I had to take another 4 hours off work! When he arrived, the repair person (who contracts w Earthlink), when I told him of my frustrations. He thought very poorly of them and by then, so did I. I couldn t wait for my contract to end!
