 + -1 moreCarlos Ramirez and his assistant did an outstanding job. Communication was good. A disagreement about the painting scheme was resolved amicably to my satisfaction. Exceptionally pleasant people. Careful, quality work. Carlos called to ask if he could start the work a week early. The job was done on schedule. The site was cleaned up each day. Carlos has a lot of experience, and is starting out running his own business.
Description of Work: Painted a mid-sized craftsman bungalow in three colors, primer and two coats, including stairs and foundation.
