We first met Eric in 2006 when we were buying our first home and he was amazing to work with as we navigated the unfamiliar waters of the mortgage business. So it was natural we'd go to him again when we re-financed 3 years later. He patiently answered all our questions, stepped us through each line of the many pages of documents, and educated us throughout the entire process. He's not one of those pushy mortgage people at all -- he's a dream to work with! Patient, calm, and very good-natured. We came away from both experiences feeling like we trust him 100%. In addition to his mortgage services, he's quick to share information he finds, like a good new restaurant or some financial planning tools he's found online. He also has many good recommendations for tradespeople, which is great when you've got a new home and don't have a network of repair people built up yet. He's someone we feel comfortable turning to whenever we need some advice!
