6 years ago we were referred to a different realtor at the same agency. She worked with Drew, and so introduced us and Drew became our realtor. We were first time home buyers then, and were anxious and inexperienced. Drew was perfect- we couldn't have asked for a better realtor. He was ALWAYS available. He spent a lot of time in an initial meeting with us finding out what we were looking for, and then took us to many many places. When we walked into our first house, we knew right away it was the house for us. Drew sat with us until 8pm doing the paperwork for our offer. Things didn't go well initially and another bid was taken, then that deal fell apart, so we ended up being able to purchase the house. This was quite a roller coaster and Drew handled our emotions really well- we were really disappointed when we thought the deal wasn't going through, he helped us through that like a pro. We decided over a year ago that we needed more space and there was no question that we would call Drew again. We contacted him, and again he sat with us and in a detailed, long meeting he understood what we were looking for this time round. We looked at a lot of places, and then decided we needed to put things on hold for a year when our son arrived. Drew was great about this delay- he never pressured us, or contacted us during this time- he was patient and waited for us to get back in touch with him. We really appreciated that- Drew NEVER pressures you- he always gave us the time and space to make decisions. And, he set us up with an email alert that gave us info. on houses that met our requirements and neighborhoods and it was great to get to look at those while we were "on hold" so that if something really great came along, we could call him. We saw a house on an open house and contacted Drew that Sunday. On Tuesday we were at the house with 2 contractors (Drew arranged) to give us a sense of the cost of the renovations the house needed before making a bid. That is how Drew works- you mention an idea or something you'd like to do, and within the day (actually usually a couple of hours) it is done. Before we knew it we were bidding on our new house and again Drew's experience of the market was astounding. He gives great advice and his honest opinion on what he thinks the market supports for a price, but then IT IS ALWAYS UP TO YOU to give the bid/price that you want. Again, he NEVER pressures you. When it came to selling our house again Drew was a pro. His team put together the BEST marketing flyer for our house that I have ever seen. The pictures were outstanding, the layout professional but different from the "routine". Our house sold in 10 days- that was thanks to Drew. And with a baby at home, it was a blessing that we didn't have to deal with weeks or months of showing our home. We cannot say enough positive things about Drew McCulloch. If you use him you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Drew has a really great skill of getting to know you and what you want/need in a home and finds it for you. He has done it twice for us. He sold our house in record time. He was ALWAYS available for advice and responds in RECORD TIME. We are both busy professionals and Drew would always accomodate our schedules, meeting after or before work at our home. We called him frequently for handymen, electricians, plumbers, roofers, cleaning people, flooring companies, etc... and we were never disappointed with his referrals. And aside from the business aspect of wanting an experienced, professional, available realtor- which Drew is, the other really great thing about Drew is that he is FUN TO WORK WITH. We were actually sad to not have reasons to call him anymore. Go with Drew McCulloch- whether you are buying, selling, or both- he will make it work for you.
Description of Work: Drew helped us find and buy our first house 6 years ago, and more recently he helped us find and buy a new house, and sell our old house.
