gutter cleaning
+ -1 moreThe service exceeded my expectations! The job was longer and harder than anticipated, but he offered to honor his original quote. He also did some nice things for free (trimmed back a bush that was scraping the roof line and gutter). I highly recommend Dr. Downspout Gutter Service.
Description of Work: Our gutters were screened about 10 years ago and we had not had them cleaned since. This fall, we noted significant leaking and decided it was time to clean them.

+ -1 moreI called the number on their website and was immediately greeted with the delightful lady on the other end who assured me Ben would be calling me to schedule an on site estimate. Ben did call me back the following day and arrived on time to the schedule appointment. He was clean, pleasant, and very professional. Ben warned me that it would be close to a week for the gutter clean as it is the VERY busy season. Ben and his guy showed up on time and finished the same day. I am very happy with the service preformed and look forward to seeing Ben next season.

+ -1 moreI called for an estimate for new gutters and leaf guards. It was almost impossible to get someone out and when I finally scheduled an appointment they were HOURS late and could not give me an immediate quote. The owner, Ben, took several days to get back to me via email and then he did not answer two out of my three questions. A waste of my time!
