+ -1 moreHe is incredibly thorough and professional. He said he will show up at a particular time and he showed up at that time exactly what you was expecting. He was wonderful. The price was fair, not the cheapest. I would use him again.
Description of Work: I used James Simple and his business is Down Home Construction and we actually in the process of using them. He did some work at my son's house and I give some additional work on my house. He did a whole bunch of stuff, he repaired a leak, installed some trim work that had to be replaced, he did cabinet doors.

He is honest about costs, including potential additional costs based on options selected. I was very impressed by this contractor and highly recommend him for any home improvement job.
