They did a very good job. They were very timely. They came out and did a well organized bid and did exactly what they proposed. Also they did a great job cleaning up their mess. They were very personable. They answered phone calls quickly and answered my questions. They finished very quickly and finished on time.

The owner, Don Burke, accepted the job but did not perform the work himself, as expected. They contracted this job out to a specialist. Don Burke should have told me they were going to sub out this job. Also, there were 2 cleanouts for the new waste/sewer line on the property (front yard). One cleanout was properly installed below grade. The other cleanout was installed above grade leaving me, the property owner, having to deal with lowering this cleanout below grade so it would not be visible. I made several attempts to have this contractor lower this cleanout. They never returned phone calls. When I did call back to find out what they will do to correct the problem, they said there would be additional charges to bury the cleanout. Do not use this contractor! They will provide false information, sub out work they should perform, and will not follow up when there is a problem.
