satellite tv service
+ -1 moreThe sales rep didn't bother to notify me that, since I was on the west coast, anything except local channels would appear 2 to 3 hours earlier. When I called to inquire about this, the service rep told me it was a technical issue, and transferred me to technical support. Tech support sent me a new receiver, which (after spending 2 hours setup time) gave me the same result. The customer "service" people enjoy reading from a script and don't seem to actually know their product.
Description of Work: Installed satellite dish for television service.
