 + -1 moreGabriele came and listened to my son tell him what what happening with the computer. He then went on the computer and found the problem and removed the virus's.
Description of Work: Virus removal from son's Computer. Also Nathaniel and Gabriele have continuously debugged our computer systems at our office. We use them exclusively in the Portland Metro area. Highly recommended.

 + -1 moreIt went very well and the technician was very helpful and informative. They were able to get us very good prices on parts and charged very reasonably for their services.
Description of Work: Installed external hard drive and backed up vital data. They showed us how to operate it so we could do it ourselves also. They Installed and setup anti-virus programs on all of our computers. Also, the owner had problems with his laptop on a few occasions with email and his computer not starting up. Each time he needed help Gabriele, from the Computer Freaks, was able to fit him in on the same day and get his email working and get his computer booting up properly again. They were efficient and friendly.
