Excellent work by Bill and Ryan. We are so happy with our fence. We have a 6 foot chain link fence with winged privacy slats. The posts had to be made extra sturdy and 3 feet deep to hold up to the wind in Troutdale. They held up very well. It was put to the test last winter! We highly recommend them for being great to work with and providing a great product with a lot of expertise.

Good. Bill came out to see the site quickly. He gave us an estimate within a few days which we accepted. The gate was installed a week later. We’ve just started to use it but it’s what we wanted, and the chain link allows full visibility.

Visited to see the job before giving a quote. Available and responsive; we were able to set a date without significant delay. Not the lowest or the highest estimate, I think it was done for a fair price. Job was done efficiently and quality of the work was excellent.

Went well from the first phone call through the installation. Diamond Fence walked me through my options and delivered on all of their promises. A pleasure to do business with.

We left a message and he returned our call the same day. He came out, took time to answer our questions and discuss what they would do. They were book out about 4 weeks, pretty much the norm this time of year, but we got a surprise call earlier than expected and they came out that day and completed the work in about 5 hrs. They did a great job, were very professional and friendly, and their price was very fair. We'd had another estimate that was more and then found out they would charge us several hundred dollars more to the old fence torn down and hauled away. Diamond's estimate included tearing down old fence and hauling away. The very next day, Bill called to see if we were happy with the job or if there were any problems. We couldn't be more pleased with the fence and their services.

It went great. They were punctual, and did a beautiful job.

They were very responsive, coming out only a few days later. They only fixed what was needed and their price was quite reasonable. They also were very communicative about the problem and what they were doing. I would definitely hire again.

Came on time (Ryan) and was professional and to the point. A quote came 2 days later that seemed to be right in the ball park. Now waiting for a neighbor situation to straighten out before proceeding.

My property has chain link fence completely surrounding the large back lot. The wood fence running the 85 ft. back portion of the lot was owned by the neighbors. They agreed to pay for the removal of the wood fence that had rotted over the years so I could have the final section of chain link fence installed. Diamond Fence Co. was wonderful in working with my neighbor and myself, quickly coming out to take measurements, assess type of chain link needed, etc. so that the bids could be submitted. In less than a weeks time the two-man crew came out and within four hours took down the old, rotted wood fence and installed a beautiful chain link fence matching it to both sides of my existing fence. They removed debris as necessary and did a wonderful job. I was extremely pleased with their reasonable pricing, willingness to work with two separate parties, and completing the project efficiently. They were professional every step of the way and I would hire them again for any fencing project in the future. Very pleased with their work as well as my neighbors.

It was wonderful working with Bill and his crew; everything was smooth from start to finish. Bill arrived with his crew and went through everything with them and us so we were all on the same page. We had a tree to deal with and they knew how to handle the situation. This was our best summer project ever, due to Bill’s leadership and his great crew. It went well. Bill had scheduled the job for a Tuesday but, on the Monday before, called to say he would be over THAT day to do the small job. He showed up and performed the work in an efficient and timely manner.

All of them, Bill & Ryan and crew, were great to work with. Prompt with appointments, courteous, communicated thoroughly. The work was also very thorough. Even at the end when it was starting to rain and I know they were tired and ready to be finished, Ryan was still going around wiping posts off and using touch up paint to make sure any nicks or scratches were covered. They answered all my questions about the structural integrity of the materials used (I have climbing plants). I would use them again and I would refer them to anyone who asks.

The fence was on a slope and there was a tree in the way that we did not want removed. They did a great job of handling these problems. The only thing that I did not like was the sliding gate; I think it could have been differently.

We got excellent customer service. I am really pleased with the fence. If we having fencing needs again in the future we will be giving them a call. I like that the company is a smaller company with a lower overhead which was able to keep the price down and under the 4 other bids that I received.

The fence line was on a slope and there were several trees in the way, which we wanted to keep for screening. Previous owners of the property gave up fencing the back property line, but Diamond showed us how they could solve the problem. The sliding 10' gate was difficult to fit on the sloping hill, but after much adjusting and digging they got it to work.

Bill was one of the most responsive of all the vendors we contacted. Our HOA had given us a couple of options for fencing materials, the most affordable being black chain link. After having several contractors give us bids, Diamond Fence was a breath of fresh air--straightforward, honest, professional, and available to do the work in a timely fashion. Ryan led the installation process and did a fantastic job. They were polite, friendly and upfront about exactly what they were doing. We had an incident when they dug a hole for a fence post and encountered some kind of a line--probably a phone or alarm. Immediately they brought me out, showed me what they had uncovered (it hadn't been marked when the utility companies came out to identify lines) and asked me to test the various services in my house to make sure they hadn't done damage. When it was clear that all was fine, they still took extra precautions when installing the post to make sure that the line was secure. Bill and Ryan walked us through every step they took, asking us for input and answering questions. The fence looks terrific. All of the details we were concerned about were installed to our specifications. We had specifically asked for an additional foot of chain link be installed and buried at the base of one side of our yard as a deterrent to our dog digging under the fence. That customization was taken care of and works exactly as we'd hoped. We are happy we chose to work with Diamond Fence and would highly recommend them to anyone who is having a chain link fence installed. Not only was their work well-done, the price was competitive, especially compared to some of the other bids we had received. Bill is conscientious about following up and making sure you are satisfied. Diamond stands by the installation so if there are problems with their work/installation, they will fix them.

Great experience! Diamond Fencing installed a brand new black chain link fence around my backyard to keep my dogs in. They were prompt, courteous, communicative, AND very flexible with meeting times. They gave me a reasonable quote and got the job done on time.
