 + -1 moreWE COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED WITH DERRICK AND HIS WORK. HE WORKED HARD AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. WE ARE ONLY SORRY THAT WE DIDN'T FIND HIM SOONER. HE WAS NEAT AND LEFT THE JOB IN GOOD CONDITION. WE WILL CERTAINLY CONTINUE TO USE HIM FROM TIME TO TIME.
Description of Work: DERRICK WAS GREAT. HE PULLED UP THE CARPET AND PAD IN FIVE ROOMS AND HALL. HE REMOVED THE TACK STRIP AND ALL OF THE STAPLES AS HE WENT ALONG. HE CLEANED UP EACH JOB AS HE COMPLETED IT. HE THEN TAPED ALL OF THE WOODWORK IN THE HOUSE AND HE WILL BE BACK SATURDAY TO ASSIST IN THE PAINTING OF ALL OF THESE ROOMS. HE DID FINISH PAINTING IN ANOTHER HOUSE WE WERE SELLING AS WELL.

 + -1 moreHE IS A CLEAN CUT NICE GUY. I'VE USED HIM FOR SEVERAL THINGS SUCH AS: EXTERIOR PAINTING OF WINDOWS, LOTS OF LANDSCAPING, CARPET INSTALLATION AND OTHER PROJECTS.
Description of Work: REPLACED THE FRONT DOOR ON MY HOUSE AND THE FRONT PANEL AND RAP AROUND ON MY VEHICLE.
