They were able to offer at least two brands to choose from, Bruno and Harmar. I chose the Harmar since it doesn't require the use of petroleum-based lubricants every servicing. It was more expensive but has performed well. Recently (June 2015), the battery ran low and the lift wouldn't run. This is the disadvantage to this brand, they said. The batteries run out sooner. I called Bearson and they came quckly and installed new batteries. Great installation and great service.

This was a most difficult installation involving four levels on the outside of the house that connected the garage with three interior house levels. Contractor resolved problems as they arose promptly and proficiently. The workmanship was excellent. The elevator works very well with no problems to date.

My husband was paralyzed during a back surgery and we had no wheelchair accessible bedroom or bathroom for him to come home to. Dave Bearson Construction was recommended to me. I interviewed 3 companies and was most pleased by Dave Bearson of Bearson Enterprises. The time was short, the weather was bad, the holidays interfered with the accessiblity of contractors and workers. Bearson Enterprises came through for me. They never promised things that they knew they couldn't deliver. My situation was a nightmare, but Dave and Michael were calming forces for me personally, got the job done, and I recommend them very highly. My husband was able to come home and keeps remarking about the great job they performed and how well the room works for the many functions required of it.

The installation went smoothly and the technician was very friendly until the state inspection was completed. The chair was working just fine until the inspection. When the tech came home along with the inspector, the technician made some adjustments that have made the chair slightly wobbly and now when I call him, he wants to charge us to come back and adjust! Although we were assured that they will make sure that everything works just fine if it is an installation issue during the first 6 months - this is not a major issue but feels like we were misled.

They do good work, finally. Price was high. Only thing I recommend do not go to their office unless you call ahead and arrange because they are busy all the time.

I have used this company for four major remodels. Not only are they knowledgeable about accessibility modifications for mobility impairments, but the quality of their work and subcontractors is always tops. I have always found the people that work for him personable, skilled, and responsive. We are extremely satisfied with the finished product.

They were excellent. They were reliable. They had a contract so I knew what I waqs getting into. They did it when they said they would. They fixed electrical problems when they found them.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. I FOUND WORKING WITH DAVE BEARSON VERY SATISFYING. DAVE GOT THE JOB DONE FOR US ON TIME AND AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR HIM ARE VERY GOOD. I DID NOT HESITATE TO LEAVE THEM ALONE IN OUR HOUSE. IF ALL I'VE SAID SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, I AM VERY PLEASED TO SAY IT IS ALL TRUE. WE ARE GOING TO HAVE HIM DO MORE WORK FOR US SOON.
