 + -1 moreI had a home inspection done on a 2300 sq ft 2 story house built in 1999. The inspection was thorough and well done. He found several small detailed issues. The inspection took just over 3 hours and I had a full report the next morning. I highly recommend this service.

 + -1 moreHe seemed very competent, knowledgeable and professional. He found a lot of problems that the owner is now fixing before our friends buy the house. Also alerted the owner to some dangerous conditions that could have seriously injured or killed someone.

 + -1 moreDUE TO THIS INSPECTION WE SAVED SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS BECAUSE THE PREVIOUS OWNERS HAD TO MAKE REPAIRS THAT THEY WOULD NOT OTHERWISE HAVE DONE. WE SAVED THE ENTIRE COST OF THE INSPECTION AND GAINED PEACE OF MIND THAT THE HOUSE WAS IN OTHERWISE IN REALLY GOOD SHAPE.
Description of Work: WE NEEDED TO HAVE A HOUSE WE WERE INTERESTED IN BUYING INSPECTED. MR. DARDANO CAME AND INSPECTED IT AND GAVE US A REPORT.
