Dana gave very practical advice and was always available over phone, email or text to review options or help us respond in a timely manner. She was very positive and reassuring, gave good advice on negotiations and counterproposals, and gave us updates about interest level, potential offers, or the results of open houses.
Description of Work: Dana helped us sell our house which included all services (advertising, helping us with the pricing, negotiation, paperwork). She also gave great advice on what colors to paint the outside of the house and the kitchen.
