They were professional and easy to work with, but we decided to have the work done by someone else. They were very professional and easy to schedule with. It was a good price.

Mr. Price and sons were very nice from step one - getting an estimate. The estimate was very detailed and spelled out everything he was prepared to do. They showed up on time always and did the work professionally, all the while being very pleasant people to deal with. They cleaned up after themselves continuously.

I choined Angie's List because I had hired a contractor to build sun room for me and his work left something to be desired let's say. He did some really funky things, destroyed property in the process without even mentioning it, let alone offering to fix it, just left it for me to eventually discover it. He did not perform all the duties promised and after his last payment (my foolish mistake) he 'vanished'. I would write and call but he was non-responsive. Or he'd say he'd come on 'Saturday' then on Saturday call and say he could not make it 'til "Thursday" and so on. Finally, I looked for another contractor on Angie's List to come finish the project for me -- the things I wasn't qualified to do - and Dan Price was the only person I contacted that even answered my inquiry and he did so promptly. He explained to me that my 'old' contractor's work was still under warranty and thus no other contractor would touch it. He explained to me how to go about documenting everything so that I could take the complaint to the contractors review board and once I composed a letter to send, my husband FINALLY got involved and made the contractor come back and finish. (My husband really did not want to file a complaint and neither did I, I really LIKED the guy, I just wasn't satisfied that I'd gotten what I'd paid for.) Anyway, if I ever use a contractor again (and inevitably I will) I will definite contact Dan to come bid. He seems like a real stand up guy. I would recommend him even though I haven't seen his work.

They diffidently earned this and quot;Aand quot;. Dan and his sons did a fine job and it looks awesome!! We had some changes during the project and I never once heard well I'm not sure, it was OK no problem. We added two sky lights and a bit more roof area and some other small things We will be doing a kitchen remodel with him some time in the near future. and quot;Finally I've found someone who thinks they own the place.and quot; This means he treats his customers projects like he would at his own place...nice! Very clean and fine carpentry ta boot. : )

We get a lot of compliments on our new bathroom. We were out of town, and even through the blizzard mess, they managed to get the job done.

Dan, Robert and Mike are good, honest, hard working people and we miss seeing them every day. I wish we could find flaws in their workmanship so that we would have an excuse to have them back to fix something. They were great to work with in a situation that was very stressful for us (all of our furniture and personal belongings on the 1st floor, including our bedroom, were ruined and we had to camp out elsewhere during the reconstruction processes-- being through that flood was devastating). The timing for us to move back in was tight and Dan, Robert and Mike made it work exactly to the day. The quality of their work was excellent. My husband and I recommend Dan Price Construction for a large job like ours or a small job like a new deck, or a room remodel. Regardless of the size of the job, we're sure that Dan and his sons/partners will give the same attention and quality workmanship to the job no matter what the size.

He communicates very well. He always calls and stays in touch about scheduling. Both he and his sons are very hardworking. We are very pleased with the workmanship. The subs that he chose were also excellent.
