+ -1 moreDan is experienced and knows about codes and structural engineering (& if you are remodeling this is important as the plans go to the city for permits) along with exceptional design ideas. He is great to work with and his fees are very reasonable. He has a lot of patience with me as a homeowner when I keep changing my mind and then he has to change the plans.
Description of Work: Have been using Dan for well over ten years for architectural plans and designs for our business and personal projects. He did the new construction plans for our beach house, a total house remodel with addition and our basement along with many additions & other projects for our construction business customers.
