Description of Work: Purchase and installation of draperies. Purchased five panels of draperies for my home. The old owner, Cheryl tried to stick me with mismatched and wrong sized wooden panels for one of the windows and when I refused to accept it she got angry and refused to complete some of the details of my order which included some sewing. Some of the panels were the wrong length.

+ -1 moreThe job took significantly longer to complete than estimated. Blinds were ordered in October 2005, with completion estimated by Thanksgiving. Shipment did not arrive till December, and Christmas tree blocked access to some windows. In January, it was discovered that items were missing or wrong color, and these had to be re-ordered. Final completion was in February. Installer was a 3rd party contractor. His workmanship was very good.
Description of Work: Installed multiple types of window blinds on various windows in the house.

+ -1 moreVery disappointed in a custom drape company.
Description of Work: I asked Wendy to come out and estimate drapes for window. She assured me that her measurements were correct and she miscalculated length of drapes and it took 3 visits to my house to get the correct length. The major problem was not the length but the pattern was wrong as they never looked at the shop to see that the pattern was off. The drapes were supposed to take 8-10 weeks and took an additional 8 weeks longer. I was extremely disappointed as there was minimal communication and do not blame Cheryl, the owner, but Wendy, who needs to look at her professional abilities. Very disappointed in a company that has been in business so long.

+ -1 moreNICE CUSTOM WORK, KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF, LARGE SELECTION OF FABRICS. WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY FASHION. PRICE WAS REASONABLE. GAVE INPUT ON A VARIETY OF STYLES THAT WOULD BE SUITABLE FOR MY HOME.
Description of Work: FABRICATED CUSTOM INTERIOR WINDOW TREATMENTS FOR KITCHEN AND FAMILY ROOM. COST INCLUDED, FABRIC, HARDWARE AND INSTALLATION.
