Description of Work: Contractor failed to protect house during rains causing water damage in the living room, closet, and bathroom as well as flooding in basement. I had his work reviewed by two contractors who both said his work was not up to code. | |Total cost to repair damage and problematic work was over $8k. Contractor refused to respond to a request to pay for damages.
