CUSTOM MARBLE

The process of getting an estimate and having the work done went very well. While I did not need to see the showroom I found that there were good samples of what could be made. When I picked up the product it was exactly what I ordered and fit perfectly.

Extremely prompt in estimate and coming to home to take measurements; product installed on time and looks wonderful.

As general contractors ourselves, my husband and I are just finishing our own basement remodel. I got a chance to be a customer and deal with some of the companies we use on some of our projects. I liked working with this company because it is a small family owned business. We needed a 7' counter top for a wet bar and a vanity top for the new bathroom, with under mount sinks on both. I did not want granite so went with the solid surface material (no maintenance, sealing etc.). Leah is great to work with, let me have the HiMac samples for a while, which really helps to get a better idea of the colors in your own home. On the day she came to measure and take my 2 sinks to the shop, she actually picked out the vanity color for me and I am very happy with it ( and I am kind of picky). Steve was the installer and did a beautiful and professional job especially on the vanity which was inset with some odd angles. Everything looks perfect and I am very happy customer.

Their product is wonderful, their communication, is a little slow. They were helpful and knowledgeable and their work is beautiful. The installation is wonderful and the product they have put in is wonderful.

They were really great people. They did a wonderful job. We were really happy with what they did. They even came back and recut something for us. They didn't charge us. They are just so willing to take care of their customers. They had to work exceptionally hard because they had to bring stuff up a stair way.

The material (composite Granite and Marble) looks great and installation was done well. While we didn't achieve a perfect match with the shower install, Lea (the shop owner) went out of her way to give us personal attention and do what was needed to ensure we were a satisfied customer. Overall, we like the Custom Marble product, and their installation work was prompt and well-executed. The customer service we received from Lea was great.
