I called them based on a review on Angie's List. Everyone was very courteous. I said what piece of furniture I had to be delivered and gave the dimensions. I was given several tiers of pricing depending on when I wanted it delivered. They all sounded very reasonable and were going to be able to deliver it very promptly. I approved the delivery and gave my credit card info. When the driver was at the store to pick up the furniture, I got a call saying they would need a second person and the price would be more than 3 times what the original quote had been. (I must admit, I thought the first quote was too good to believe, but I verified it several times before agreeing to the job.) I spoke with the manager and expressed my dismay. He was willing to cancel the job, but I wanted the delivery since I had already declined friends' help when I heard their good prices. He listened respectfully but affirmed the new cost. He said that it would have to be a minimum of 1 hour but usually would have to be a minimum of two hours. I no longer thought it was a great bargain as the terms were so different than what I was originally quoted. However, the delivery came promptly, the men who delivered it were very affable and for some reason declined to accept the tips I offered them. I would use the service again, but would see if I could verify the information more certainly next time.

Excellent. I met the delivery person at Prosource. Loaded material on palates into the truck. I led the way in my car. When we got here, he backed the truck into the driveway. We looked at possible routes from the truck to the living room. He chose the most direct route and carried all of the boxes and rolls into the living room and stacked them on the floor. Very jovial. Strong. Pleasant conversation.
