Vitaly is incredibly expensive and he doesn't show up on the jobsite himself. His crew was punctual but let the buyer beware, his prices are way too high for what you get.

Vitaly and his team were great. We had an issue with the floor not being level. Vitaly found a solution and also had some good suggestions on the floor layout. His team was very punctual and polite. The floor was layed out perfectly (centered and finishing on a whole tile even though they started on the opposite side of the room) and the finished product really shows his professionalism (perfect arc'ed cuts, grout joints, etc).

Vitaly came to my house to bid the job. He listened to what I had in mind and also suggested other design elements and features for the shower that I did not think of. I really liked this help since Vitaly became an active participant in the project, not just a subcontractor looking to me for all the answers. I was impressed with the quality of materials used in the project. Vitaly used a heavy rubber mat and a drain system that allows for multiple levels of potential failure so that the water would never run into the ceiling below. His employees were professional and arrived on time as promised. At each step in the work, Vitaly reviewed progress and explained what was next. He coordinated well with my plumber who was required at various stages to make changes. The project was completed on-time and as quoted. I will be using them again for a house I just purchased.

Crown Tile Inc is small and need word of mouth. They are excellent but their charges are on the high side. The job went beautifully and perfect. They are highly skilled and paid attention to details, definitely. They are very professional; their referends are very good crafts men. I highly recommend them; you, get what you pay for.
