Got his name from someone we knew. He was eager to get the work and seemed professional. However, he went $100,000 over budget without consulting with us. He didn't pay his sub contractors and left us with $30,000 in leins on our house. And we later found out that his crew wan't liscensed or insured. We ended up firing him and hiring a lawyer. He is a smooth talker and not to be trusted. His company is under a different name now so do your research!
