CRAYTOR CONSTRUCTION

I am not surprised there are no reviews on these guys. Nearly all of their work is by referral and most are somehow related to other families they have worked for. When I checked them out I found they stay steadly busy with many customers having them return every few years to do other projects. They have been in business in the same area for 30+ years, did much of our work themselves but when subs were used they were also highly experienced relieable people. Ours was a major remodel ( tore the back of our house off and extended the entire downstairs about 8') requiring a couple months of work. Jim scheduled our project, actually started early and not once did we have a day that was not full of activity. In the end, both the interior and exterior do not shout "remodel". Our 1988 build home looks like a brand new clean sheet design. Heads up, they are not the best fit when shopping a bunch of guys looking for the cheapest bid. However, for those who appreciate that a contractor has stayed busy through three decades of economic ups and downs for a reason, Craytors are definitely worth talking to. Although our project was big and cost well into six figures, referrals we contacted indicate the Craytors do small jobs and new construction with equal professionalism. Although we had spent a lot of money, the outcome far exceeded our wildest dreams and we certainly got more than we paid for.
