They had someone out here in a couple of days. Rick did a great job. Rick told us work needed to be done to keep this from happening again.

After having them out for a quick repair at the house, we called back to have an estimate on having our entire house re plumbed and a bathroom remodel. I called several times before I ever got an appointment for Craig to come out for an estimate. The excuse was he was always so busy. He finally came out for the estimate in July. (I started calling in May). We told him what we wanted and he told us it was all possible. We waited and waited for the estimate to arrive. I called over and over asking for the estimate. I kept getting excuses about how busy Craig was. We finally gave up waiting in October. We figured our job must be too small for him to be interested. It would have been nice if they would have just said no in the first place. They are great for urgent repairs, but don't expect a call back for anything else. We are going to find a plumber who calls you back.

I have health problems that make it difficult to be without a toilet for very long. When he learned this, Craig squeezed me in between two other appointments, and while he was here he also fixed a problem with my bathroom sink (dripping from hot water intake pipe). He was at my house within an hour after I had called his office and completed the work within about an hour. The price was very reasonable.

We've had Craig Anderson come out for several jobs. They are priced fairly and do quality work.

They responded in a timely manner and did a good job fixing it.

I've worked with Craig Anderson in the past, and I called him early Monday morning when I realized that the water heater seemed to be leaking. He literally arrived at the house 45 minutes after I placed the phone call. He established that the problem was with the water heater itself, and was able to stop the leak immediately. He then drained the water heater, bought a new one, and had it replaced by 1pm that afternoon! He was as professional and punctual as I remember him being several years before.

Past work went great! We have had two different people come out and they both showed up on time, fixed the problem and cleaned up after themselves. Current efforts to hire them have not gone well. Twice this year I have reached out for some pretty decent sized projects and was told that the project would be run by Craig and they would let me know. And that was the end of it, even when I followed up a couple times on the first project. I would use them again if I could, but need to move on to another company that is more responsive.

We were replacing a toilet in an older home (1922) and after removing the old toilet realized that about 2" of the 10" bolt-to-wall clearance was taken up by the water supply faucet, meaning the new toilet would not fit. We were somewhat panicked at the idea of not having a functioning toilet for a few days and called a different after-hours plumbing service. They quoted an insane price, which we declined. We called a few other plumbers listed online, but nobody had any availability. When we called Craig Anderson Plumbing they also were very busy but Craig said they would adjust schedules a bit to help us out. Craig showed up within a couple hours to look at the problem and identified a quicker and easier (and cheaper) solution than what we expected. Wes showed up a little after that to perform the work and had everything completed in less than an hour. Both Craig and Wes were very friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. We greatly appreciated their willingness to help up out on very short notice, the fact that they identified a simpler solution than we expected, and their overall friendliness. We will definitely call them the next time we need a plumber, and would easily recommend them to anyone else.

. The work of Craig Anderson plumbers is excellent. The cost of the work is similar to what other plumbing companies charge. We'll definitely use Craig Anderson plumbers again.

I didn't work directly with them because they worked with my contractor. They were working on my brother's house which is a rental and rented to son. I found them personally to be pleasant and tidy on the job. What began to make me take notice was my son's comment that there were too many plumbers in the house - 3 - since it was so small a house and bathroom; you can't fit 3 people in the bathroom. Apparently there was an apprentice. And my son also thought they took a lot of breaks. When the first bill came I was shocked at the price which was WAY above the contractor's estimate. Even the contractor was surprised. I took that in stride, but after the project was complete, I had to send my contractor back to fix things in the bathroom. First, even before the job was finished, the contractors were careless about metal filings , or something, because I now have rust stains on the bottom of the brand new bathtub. My contractor cleansed them as much as possible, but they are still there. Then just two weeks ago my son complained that the pedestal sink was oozing caulking out from under the sink. There was so much sealer that it was running 3-4" down the pedestal in a large glob. Again, my contractor to the rescue to handle that for me. I don't think he called the plumbers. And iin all fairness, I should have taken these issues directly to the plumber's, but I didn't. Hopefully there will be no more issues, but I would not use them again simply because I thought they were VERY expensive and somewhat sloppy in their work.

This was not our first time using Craig Anderson Plumbing and it won't be the last. We had them recommend, supply and install 2 new toilets to replace 2 old ones. Wes and his assistant arrived on time, took time to protect the rug and existing flooring. They are professional and courteous, in addition to being excellent plumbers.

They were excellenet, timely, helpful, reasonably priced.

Craig really tried to fix the drain with the minimum amount of tearing out of walls/ceilings. He cleverly went in from the floor below and managed to do the job in a very tight space without taking out any of the tilework.

Prompt, friendly. Did the job in 45 minutes, including a quick adjustment to both bathroom sinks.

The work went well. The plumber that Craig sent was courteous and friendly and didn't mind if I watched him do the work (I'd never seen Pex installed before).

I would give him an excellent rating. He is a great guy. I have used him for 15 years. He has never disappointed me. I can tell him the truth and I can trust him. He is extremely professional. He is very good and very reliable.

Wes did the work and did a great job and left everything clean.

He is very patient, real high quality and does great work. He gave me tips on other things around the home. He reviewed some things around the house and gave me advice.

Craig Anderson was recommended to me by a handyman almost 20 years ago. I don't call anyone else. All 3 plumbers who have done various projects on 3 houses we've owned were intelligent and good people. Every service was done correctly with good communication and punctuality. About 10 years ago, they replaced the 70' water main - all work approved by my picky father, and the yard was amazingly and perfectly restored after. I have never had to call back to get anything redone. Craig has given me free advice over the phone. If I had 3 thumbs, they would all be up.

After setting up the appointment in San Francisco, I forgot to reconfirm as Camille requested, when I got to Portland. I was dismayed when Craig had not shown up at 10:00am, the appointed time. When I called the office, then talked to Craig the situation was quickly resolved. At 81 years of age, living in another state, and technologically challenged, communication sometimes gets complicated. Craig looked over all the tasks that I had enumerated then went right to work. The house is over 70 years old with original fixtures in the bathroom. Amazingly, he had all the replacement parts needed in his truck along with the proper tools to do the job. He carefully prepared his work space to avoid unnecessary splashing and clean-up, gathered the needed tools and supplies for that job in his well organized tool bag, then efficiently and methodically completed one task at a time. I didn't have to clean up after him. At one point, he found that the bathroom sink needed to be taken apart and would take an additional 1 1/2 hours. He showed me the problem, then fixed it in much less time. Craig was fine with me watching and asking questions. I still enjoy learning. For 2 1/2 hours of labor and less than $100.00 in parts, I felt I got more than my money's worth. Craig is a jewel.

Craig was excellent. I had initially called between Christmas and New Years and my message got lost and I never got a call back. I decided to try again because I had read such good reviews and had a colleague who had also used Craig Anderson Plumbing and had been very satisfied. I left a new message and Craig called me back within 24 hours. He was then very responsive. None of the jobs were very complicated, but I was very pleased with Craig's professionalism and work.

Wes was respectful, courteous, accommodating many concerns we've had regarding the plumbing and drain system in our home. It appeared that since there were several things wrong that the problem was systemic. He took the time to think about what I told him, and didn't rush to judgment.

I've used him on many occasions and he's excellent. I've been with him for a long time. He's good and he stands behind his work. He's prompt, very thorough and very fair.

Again - He and his assistant were prompt and friendly.

Craig did more than enough and saved me $500. Could not be happier.
