They are always just A. They have always been in terms of price intersecting quality, intersecting excellent consumer customer care, it's always really good. It is not just good, excellent! I don't even own any stock!

James cleaned our carpets and got the down stairs carpets looking like new. I thought I would have to replace the soiled carpets, but no! "Top Notch Carpet Cleaning" got them looking nice. I surely will let James clean my carpets again.

Very professional approach and done far better than a t a previous appointment with a professional audiologist. The hearing aids wear comfortable from day one.

Their prices are reasonable and they have a very good service. The optometrist was extremely cordial and easy to talk to. He was very interested in listening to my questions, etc. The people in the department that handle fitting the glasses, etc., were outstanding. They gave me a very short time to get them back.

Store seems well run, have not had any difficulty with returns or getting service in the years we have gone to this store. The Vancouver Costco on 192nd is not as well run, employees are very rule based instead of customer based. At 138th store employees seem interested in listending to solve problems, not so much with our local SW Washignton store. I think store customer service is a function of the leadership of the employees so I would give 138th Street a lot of credit for consistency over the years

Weekends are very crowded. I much prefer to go in the morning on a weekday if possible.

It was fine and I was satisfied with them. I thought it was very good. They were very professional and knew what they were doing.

It's wonderful. They're half the price of anybody else. They can't touch their price anywhere in the country. They've got great service, they fix them if they're broken for free, and they guarantee them if the dog ate them for the first 2 years.

Everything went well, and I thought they were very good. They did a professional job and even did a follow up at no extra charge when I had a problem.

Extremely positive experience for us. Brooke conducted the hearing exam and concluded that his hearing was not impaired enough to require any hearing aids. She encouraged him to come back in a year to see if there are changes that result in a different outcome. We were very impressed by the Costco Hearing Aid staff integrity and will recommend Costco to anyone who thinks they need hearing aids.

Their price is good and the people that fit them are very skilled.

I get my glasses from Costco. They are very good and do a good job. The last time I used their services was about 6 months ago. When it comes to their availability, I would say that they are always available. They are pretty punctual too. The staff is very friendly too.

This is an excellent pharmacy. They take my prescription medical plan, they have a very helpful staff, and their prices are the best around.

I felt that Costcos service was excellent. I thought the price was reasonable. The techs were friendly and they did a great job. I will use Costco again in the future.

While I didn't really get individualized service, I did find a great pair of designer frames for a fantastic price. I already had a prescription from another optometrist and brought it in. They did protective coating and adjusted frames to my face. Each time I go in they will clean them and adjust them if needed.

Used recently for the first time. At home online submission of photos and home delivery made everything extremely convienent! Quality was excellent and price was very good (especially considering convienence). Delivery was within the stated dates, but on the outside edge.

On time. Professional in home consultation. Estimate high for small area of carpeting needed.

Got in with no problem. The glasses took 10 days to arrive, as expected. After looking around at the competition I'd shop a little harder next time...the price paid for the glasses wasn't that competitive and the selection at Costco was pretty limited.

Quality is always good, delivery is usually within 3-5 business days. I find it much easier to do it this way than to drive and pick up photos. I've never had to deal with customer service as the prints have always turned out well.

THE PEOPLE THERE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND GENEROUS. THEY GAVE US GOOD-QUALITY, INEXPENSIVE AND ALL SEASON TIRES. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND MADE SURE WE WERE WELL INFORMED, ALSO BY ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS.

THEY WERE HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY PERFORMED THE WORK WE ASKED, IN THE TIME FRAME THEY AGREED UPON. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN, IT'S WHERE WE BUY ALL OF OUR TIRES.

THE CLERK WAS HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HARDWOOD FLOORS. THEY HELPED USE PURCHASE THE CORRECT AMOUNT AND THE PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE TO OTHER STORES THAT SELL FLOORING.

WE ENJOYED THE FLOORING. IT WAS EASY TO PUT IN AND IT LOOKS WONDERFUL IN OUR HOME. NOT HAVING TO NAIL OR GLUE IT IN WAS A PLUS. THE EASE OF CLEANING IT IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN CARPET.
