Description of Work: This was an insurance claim job to replace damaged wood flooring and refinish all the flooring on the main floor. The job was not performed to bid, floor was sanded not replaced, refrigerator was not moved, all around shoddy work. When we contacted Cooper to remedy the situation they were not helpful and tried to deny that the defects were related to their work. Bad experience. Would not us this contractor again.

Description of Work: Mitigation and repairs after a plumbing leak in the kitchen. Pulled wet hardwoods, moved appliances, brought in dehumidifier and fans to dry things out. This was after I used a leak finder company to locate the leak and a plumber to fix it. All Cooper's work was covered by my insurance but the total was a little over $5,000. They were prompt when called about the water leak and sent a crew over right away, even though a Friday night. They ensured the water was gone and the floor and walls were dry before closing in the area where the plumber worked with drywall and painting/finishing it. Excellent patch work. They were willing to work with my contractor who had just refinished the floors to do the hardwood reinstall and finishing, which made me very happy. They were good about moving the range/over in and out over weekends so we could use them. Overalll the work was excellent and their guys did an excellent job for us. They acted as General and used their own people for some of the work and subs for other but it was all seamless to us.

Description of Work: Cooper Construction came out about a month ago and gave us an estimate for residing and window replacement.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE ONE OF THE FEW COMPANIES THAT DOES THIS THOROUGH A JOB OF DUCT CLEANING IN A RESIDENTIAL SETTING. OTHER COMPANIES JUST DON'T DO THE JOB THAT THIS OUTFIT DOES. IF YOU REALLY WANT IT DONE THOROUGHLY, AND COMPLETELY THESE ARE THE PEOPLE TO TALK TO.
