I found Cooper's on Angie's List a few years ago and have been using them for my 2005 Mazda work ever since.

Was able to get scheduled promptly, they kept me informed of what they found, and indicated what were immediate needs vs. potential delayed items. Very happy with the work.

I found the staff at Cooper's to be responsive, professional and friendly. The work was done quickly and very soon after I requested it. The second time I went in I was greeted by name, and the service person knew exactly what I wanted done without my having to remind them. I'm very impressed with every aspect of their operation.

I take it in regularly. It was excellent work. It was a lot of work. They replaced cabin air filter, replaced spark plugs, tire rotation, brake linings. The price is moderately high, but it's worth the money. Cooper's does quality work. They've been around since early 40s. It's a family run job and they do excellent work. I've used them for quite a while.

THEY WERE GREAT FROM THE MINUTE I WALKED IN. FROM THE WOMEN BEHIND THE DESK TO RICH THE SHOP MANAGER. THEIR TOUCH IS VERY PERSONAL AND RESPECTFUL. THE DIAGNOSIS WAS ONLY $29.....THEY DIAGNOSED THE TICKING SOUND RIGHT AWAY THAT ANOTHER VERY GOOD SHOP COULDN'T FIND (MANIFOLD LEAK) AND RECOMMENDED A TUNE UP AND SEVERAL OTHER SMALLER MATTERS. ALL DONE ON THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. NO MORE TICKING AND TRUCK IS RUNNING GREAT.

Great job. Performed a the 105K service. Cost several hundred dollars less than the price quoted by the dealership. Dropped the car off in the morning and it was completed early. They even washed it. Have had no issues with the car since the service. Every one at Cooper's was very professional and answered all of my questions. I'm going to be taking my wife's car in for service soon. No more dealerships for us.

After my initial service for an oil and lube, I was very impressed with the outstanding service(my review was printed in the 4/15 Angie's List magazine), I of course would be back,and I returned today. I was a bit remiss in getting the car in earlier, but I don't drive as much. The original cost for doing the flush was exactly as quoted nearly 12 ago! Rich told me that it would be a couple of hours, and it was! They are a family run business and

I did a bit of shopping around on the timing belt and water pump; and Coopers was $100 less than 2 other shops closeby my home. Worth the drive. Their facility is clean, the service advisors professional, and I was called with status on progress promptly. Great work.

Cooper's has been servicing my truck for 14 years. Above and beyond routine maintenance, they have persevered to diagnose and repair difficult problems that weren't easy to identify. They understand how much I love my truck and always communicate what I need to do to keep it running in tip top shape. My truck is always ready at the time they tell me it will be finished. I can't say enough positive things about this professional team.

The head light in my Lexus quit working. I took it to Coopers to have the bulb replaced and learned it was more then a burnt out bulb. They were able to locate the problem and replace the part at a very reasonable price. They also gave me a AAA discount. Everyone there was very professional, conscientious, and extremely pleasant to deal with. I highly recommended Coopers!

Excellent. Their prices are reasonable and they explain things well. Over the years we have seen them many times. They are honest and hard-working.

I live in NC and my 19 yr old daughter lives in OR. I purchase her car in NC, with an extended warranty, Rich at Coopers helped use to get the car up and running again, for her. The expense was painless and would recommend every to use Cooper's for all repairs on your auto.

I waited too long to finish my first review, so will make this short and sweet. I was amazed at the speed(a bout an hour) and the fact that there was no pressure to do anything else( I was a new customer) Cozy waiting room with coffee, tea, and etc. During the safety check a brake light was out and I was asked if I wanted them to replace it, I said sure. When it was finished and I got the "check" list of what they had looked at the only thing was some dark brake fluid(this is a 93 Buick with 60K ) anyway just a suggestion when I had the oil changed next they could do it then. when I left the oil service light was still on. After a few mins. and 3 mechanics the reset was found(apparently there are several things that on different years you can do) Jason the 3rd mechanic used a small pen to reset it in a hole above the passenger foot area. Who would know? Anyway a great experience .....and the bill..I did about fall over.....$21.50!! including changing out the light bulb!! I sure will be back!

I have used Coopers for about ten years and have been very pleased with their work. They have serviced my two vehicles in all phases of upkeep and repair. I was looking for a dependable service provider when I found them and am very happy with them. I have recommended them to several friends.

My 2005 Mazda 6 was in desperate need of an oil change. I chose Cooper's because of their Angie's List reviews and ratings. They did not disappoint! Making my appointment was very pleasant. I dropped my car off before they opened and received a call before 9:30 letting me know that the oil change was complete and they identified a few other things that they recommend I let them take care of: replace windshield wipers (on my to-do list, but hadn't gotten to it), replace the air filter and a couple of bulbs that were out but I didn't know (back window brake and a license plate light). It was a great experience, very nice folks and a very nice price. They will definitely get my business in the future and I'll recommend them to friends.

The oil change was less expensive then anywhere else in Portland.
