No issues with Justin's work - we have used him a few times and even referred him to our friends - but we accidentally overpaid him and he won't return phone calls, texts or emails. We paid on two separate invoices; the first for $575 and the second for $205. The check for the first invoice of $575 went through in February - no issues. The check for the second invoice of $205 was mailed end of March. Justin told us “My mailman has been delivering my mail to another house. Could you send it again?” Here is where we made a mistake - we mistakenly sent a check for $575 instead of the $205. A couple weeks ago I got the $205 check back as non-deliverable. It was then I realized the issue. I have sent multiple texts, left multiple voicemails and emailed Justin the past three weeks - he won't respond.

He is a small company and he does great work. The thing that really set him apart was his cheerful attitude. Because it was an extremely hot day, it made it difficult to work in a small area with the other workman onsite. He was just so nice and polite. We really appreciated his fantastic attitude. His work turned out well and will hire him again if a need arises.
