The job went well. Pricing was competitive, workmanship was high, respect for property (cleanup) high, employees competent and friendly.

Description of Work: I wanted to have someone to look at our sidewalk and driveway. We live on a corner and some of the blocks have lifted. I would like to level things out but needed an expert to look at. |Kitt, the owner, was on time, professional and took the time to walk around our property with my husband while giving him quite the education on side walks, city codes and procedures. It was very appreciated by my husband! Thanks!!

They do still have to get a permit and a couple other things taken care of, so we are planning on having them come complete the work in about 2 weeks. The company did say that the work will take about a week.
Description of Work: They came out and did an estimate. They are going to repair a foundation crack.

Good clients make good contractors better and that always leads to good results. They were the best of clients.

They said they would stop by to look at the project. Never heard from them again!
Description of Work: I called them to get an estimate for a sidewalk which was lifting up probably due to tree roots and spoke with someone who stated that they would come by to look at the project and give me an estimate. I did not hear from them for a week, called again and left a phone message. Never heard from them nor did they come out. This is an "A" company?

In Sept 2009, Concrete Lifting Solutions slab-jacked my concrete patio which had sunk almost 4 inches along the foundation of our house which was built in 2002. The patio is 300+ sq ft, 15' x 30' and we didn't want to rip it out and replace it. We were skeptical that more settling might occur after this "fix" - but it has hasn't! We are very pleased with the work performed and are very happy to say it's LASTED with no signs of further settling. The small holes drilled for pumping in the new concrete are not visible at all. Water drains away from the house again as it should. The crew did the job as scheduled, completed the work on time and they were very professional. Well worth the money for us.
Description of Work: Slab-Jacked sunken concrete patio along back of my house. By drilling holes and pumping concrete beneath existing slabs, the patio was raised 3-4 inches to original position along side of house & threshold of patio doors.

Matt and his crew did a fantastic job, especially given the difficulty of the project and that it occurred during a rainy Portland fall. Matt kept me well informed during the process and he and his crew worked diligently and professionally, I felt they were very conscientious about the work they performed, thorough in their detail, and honest in their dealings. They discovered dry rot in the sill plate during this process, and Matt assisted me in finding a different contractor that completed the repairs in a timely manner. After they started, they realized part of the foundation wall needed to be replaced, so Matt orchestrated that with a different contractor as well. I felt that Matt acted in a professional manner in his dealings with both of these additional contractors and ensured they completed their projects appropriately. In the end, they were able to get our home nearly level and with minimal collateral damage to the outside stucco and inside plaster. They did a great job! The only negative in the process is that Matt thought the project would take two weeks, but it ended up taking nearly six weeks to complete. However, part of the delay was caused by a delay in materials. Matt kept us well informed during this delay.
Description of Work: Concrete Lifting Solutions installed 25 lifting piers to level my 1920's stucco home. This required them to: work with an engineer, remove landscaping around foundation, dig holes, install piers, lift house, and replace part of the foundation.

I am a contractor always looking for subs for the work I don't do and I will not be calling this company again!
Description of Work: I called this company looking for somebody to help lift a house so I could pour foundation. He let me know that wasn't something his company did and when I asked if he could recommend somebody he got frustrated, sighed and said ''F@#! I don't know look in the phone book.''

It went nicely and worked perfectly. But time will tell. The contract states that the work is guaranteed to last ten years. The men who did the work went out of their way to be helpful. It took them about two days to complete the task. It was expensive but worth the price. It had been a problem for years and now our front door opens perfectly!
Description of Work: A small area of the house was sinking and needed to be jacked up and supported with pilings. It was not supported by the houses main footing and foundation wall only a short stem wall. They sunk two pilings 12 and 18 feet down to hard soil and used hydraulic jacks to lift the sunken section of the stem wall and house(3-4'') level to the rest of the house.

Good service from estimation through completion. Good communication on the phone, in person and with written estimate/contract. The crew did an excellent, diligent job and cleaned up completely afterwards. I'm very satisfied.

Michael was profession and very responsive. The crew was right on time, and finished the work quickly, including clean up. It was hard to tell where they had even done work, except they had to jackhammer out two concrete steps - which was beneficial to us as they led to nowhere. Would definitely recommend them.

Matt and the crew were professional and personable. The work was done with little impact on our daily schedule and was done on time. The price seemed costly but we had little to compare it to. It is a unique service using unique equipment.

My proposed concrete patio project is approximately 1,000 square feet. I called this company and left a message on their recorder with my name, cell phone number, and quick description as described above. It's been two weeks and I still haven't received a return call. Although I respect that the housing boom has construction-related companies such as this one busy, as a business owner myself I have to find fault in a company that cannot timely return a prospective customer's call, even if just to leave a message that they aren't interested in the work.

Matt is great; easy-going and helpful. Bryan is a professional. He does great work, and he is willing to share a world of knowledge.
Description of Work: They applied some sort of solution to my crumbling 100 year old foundation, then skim coated it. They told me the work to do to prepare the basement walls which saved me some money by doing it myself.

Matt was great when he came out to do the bid. Very professional and really new what he was talking about compared to others that bid. Nathan and Brian that did the bulk of the labor were great too. The job went great and I am fully satisfied with the experience. I would definitely use them again if needed.

We were pleased over all. Matt gave us a quick, knowledgable, and accurate bid, and the price was fair. He also apologized for failing to give us advance notice of a one day delay in starting the work. The crew was quiet, efficient, and sensitive to our family's needs. They did a good job cleaning up, and the repair seems to be an effective fix.
Description of Work: They jacked up a large corner of our slab that had cracked off and settled, then drilled holes and pumped grout through them to stabilize and permanently (we hope!) relevel the slab. They filled the holes, removed their equipment, and cleaned up.

WHAT A FIND. THEY GAVE US AN ESTIMATE THAT WAS HALF OF HAVING THE PATIO REPLACED. THEY SHOWED UP EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID, THEIR PEOPLE WERE EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH AND THE JOB WAS DONE IN A DAY. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING - WE COULD HARDLY TELL THEY WERE THERE AND THE PATIO LOOKS GREAT.
Description of Work: OUR PATIO HAD SETTLED APPROX. 3 TO 4 INCHES IN THE MIDDLE. WE EITHER HAD TO REPLACE IT OR FIND SOMEONE WHO COULD REPAIR IT.
