+ -1 moreComcast is a conglomerate money hungry customer death pit. They monitor your activity and limit your internet access. There customer service hangs up on you and they dont really care about the customer as long as you pay as much as possible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. They are killing and dissolving the smaller companies in a monopoly to charge you as much as possible with hidden rates and fees.

+ 0 moreI just went up. I need to find out if our contract is up and we don't have the special price anymore. I think they need to charge a more reasonable rate for their services. I have found them to be responsive.

Description of Work: Comcast/Xfinity has a virtual monopoly on cable service in our area, so there are few options. We have a Comcast business account and Xfinity for cable TV. The business technician was on time, professional and helpful. The Xfinity technician missed two appointments and was reluctant to answer my questions. He removed previously installed connectors and splitters, replacing them with "comcast certified" ones, citing company policy. This was not necessary.

+ -1 moreThe worst thing is I really don't have much of a choice. I have one or two that is not really a package. I haven't had any negative experience other than it annoys me about the lack of choice.
