Description of Work: Marcela at Columbia South Realty is the ONLY real estate agent I would use. We were trying to find an affordable 1st home for our daughter and Marcela was with us from start to finish. I can't count the number of places we looked at before finding "just the right one". Marcela is very knowledgable about all aspects of real estate and she was always pleasant and professional to deal with. Most importantly, she was very patient, meeting us at and showing us numerous houses with little or no notice. I highly recommend her company for any real estate needs you have.
