We have used this provider for approximately eight years. In the past, when my wife contacted the office, she noted that the office manager was abrasive in her attitude. However, this contractor routinely got the job done on time and the certification paperwork was submitted to the city water bureau in a timely manner. This year, to our immense consternation, we received a phone call from the water department threatening to turn off our water supply if the certification form were not received within 48 hours. This was upsetting because the test had been ordered and had been done. As a matter of fact, we had mailed a check to this contractor more than week ago in response to having received an invoice. I called the contractor's office to inform them that the city was threatening to turn off our water within 48 hours. The office manager became defensive, rude and sarcastic. She did fax a copy of the certification to the city immediately, as confirmed by a phone call from the water department manager. It was the attitude of the contractor's office manager that made me decide that I will not use their services in the future.
