Colonial fumbled the ball right out of the gate and never recovered. The owner punted on his initial quotation appointment by a week. When he finally showed up, he was an hour late w/o any prior notice. In total, not only is he a total flake - but he has no communication skills. After we awarded him the business (as his price was too good to ignore), he backed out of every commitment that we agreed to. His go to comment is, "I have no control over my supplier." My recommendation to him was to under commit and over deliver. He did the exact opposite. Finally, I got fed up with him missing deadlines and failing to communicate so I put the screws to him. He cowardly sends an email to my wife bailing on the jobs leaving us high and dry. This was six weeks subsequent to being awarded the business. Buyer beware... Do not waste your time with Colonial - unless you have tolerance for the a aforementioned shenanigans. Total flake.
Description of Work: The task was simple - install aluminum fencing along our property line with an additional gate.
