+ -1 moreThey did not show up when they said they would and the job dragged on for several weeks leaving me without a sink or stove. We finally had the bathroom backsplash and the cut-out for the range redone by another company for about $600. So far Coeur d'Alene Granite has not tried to collect the remaining $1900 for the job they did not complete. We have not heard from them since August which is fine with us.
Description of Work: Granite countertops in the the kitchen and bathroom were to be installed. A deposit was made to the company. My husband took out the old countertops. The holes they cut for all of the sinks (2 in bathroom and 1 in kitchen) and the hole for the new drop-in range did not line up. They had all the sinks and the range available to them and did not bother to be sure they fit. The gaps where the pieces joined in the bathroom backsplash were unsightly and the pieces were offset from each other so they did not form a clean, straight line.
