Clear Summit Window and Exterior Cleaning

ClearSummit ruined my waterproof deck that has a dry space beneath. They pressure washed the the sealer and the color stain right off the deck. They could see this happening as they cleaned the deck and they did not stop! The guy that cleaned the deck said to me that he thought that that is what it was supposed to do, turn white! My deck went from a beautiful burnt orange color to WHITE! They are taking zero responsibility and have even accused me of having them clean the deck and ruin it on purpose so that I could get a free seal job. I have been their customer for years, this is really unbelievable the lack of accountability. Stay clear of this company.

I've used Casey for my house's exterior washing several times now, and I'm always pleased with how my house looks much, much better. I believe it's a small team, but they are communicative, they keep good records, they arrive when they say they will, and they do a good job.

This is Casey's business - he shows up and does the work. He was very responsive when I called for a bid, timely in getting me an estimate and on time for the work. He spent two full days working. Everything looks fantastic. I can't see a single streak on the windows, and he wears booties inside the house. I even noticed that he goes the extra step of cleaning out the panes of the windows where they slide. He also offered to come back over and fix anything we saw that we weren't happy with. We'll definitely be using him again in the future.

Casey generated a number of quotes for the work, determined the best time to carry out the request, and completed the cleaning in a timely and professional fashion. Casey was extremely efficient in cleaning the interior, as well as the exterior of the windows and did a great job cleaning some fairly old delicate screens without causing any damage. His attention to detail in the process has left us with windows that now sparkle and let in all the wonderful daylight clearly. We would definitely use him again.

Casey worked alone for nearly eight hours to clean the the gutters. He was very thorough. He may not be the cheapest but I feel his attention to detail, care and conscientious approach make his work very good value.

Casey was responsive to our request for a quote, offered a detail breakdown of costs so we could choose which services to go ahead with. He was professional, prompt, respectful. He showed up when he said he would and was done when he said he would be. The work was excellent, he even did a couple of things we didn't pay for, like scrapped off a bit of moss on the front steps (we only had him do the back patio), which was a nice thing to do! He cleaned the roof with a broom, which was kind of refreshing, since it gets a bit tedious to hear a leaf blower all day. The patio pressure washing was great, not a bit of moss left and no areas left untouched. We would definitely hire him again and would recommend his services to others. These days, it's hard to find someone this conscientious and attentive to detail!

The windows and skylights look fantastic! Casey was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job. We will definitely be using his company in the future!
