Description of Work: Thoroughly cleaned gutters by hand, not the pressure washing, messy technique. Also insured downspouts were running smoothly after cleaning. Mine are an obsolete design, no drop at the top, come off the gutters at an angle to start with which causes easy clogging. I asked for additional clearing of pine needles on a carport roof and then he also vacuumed, used blower to cleanup existing debris on a concrete area under the carport roof. Very thorough, nice job. Definitely will use them again and again. If I had extra $$ would also use them for window washing as I know from previous experience they do an excellent job.

+ 0 moreContacted Bob, via e-mail, asked for an estimate after viewing the property. Bob called and then came by my business with a written estimate. He also estimated cleaning my business windows and solar panels. He did such a good job at home I had him do the business as well.

+ 0 moreThis is the second year we've used Bob for this service. He is responsive, very skilled, polite and frankly, I'm glad he's up there rather than me. Tall ladders and I don't get along. Anybody that can do two long runs and two dormers of icicle lights in just a few hours always gets my vote. It's a gorgeous job.
Description of Work: Package deal of cleaning gutters (two story colonial house with dormers) and putting up (and eventual taking down) extensive Christmas lights.

+ -1 moreDick was responsive and came by to scope the job within a day of calling him. He then gave us by far the lowest bid and did a tremendous job on our (many!) windows. He meticulously undid all the storms and cleaned the window sills. He ended up coming back the next day to finish up, which probably meant he spent more time than planned, but he cheerfully stood by his bid. We'll no doubt work with him again, now that we know what clean windows really look like and the wonders they do for our home.

+ -1 moreBob, the owner, came to clean the windows and gutter faces and one deck. But on arrival, I decided to have him do our other two decks as well. He had no problems with this change and was very accommodating. He did a superb job and made sure I was happy with the work as it progressed. He is very friendly and professional. I will definitely call him again. I highly recommend him.

+ -1 moreBob responded promptly to our call, got out in a few days to make the estimate, had good, straightforward, pleasant presence and did the work according to the schedule we worked out. One of the large storm windows was particularly troublesome to reinstall. He spent extra time doing that and in fact brought another helper back with him, on a separate day to finish the job. He had good equipment and the appropriate suction cups to move the storm windows around. He was very customer oriented, professional and charged what we thought was a fair price. The windows look great!
Description of Work: Cleaned our windows inside and out, removed and replaced storm windows (after cleaning them), as part of having another contractor tint the storm windows.
